' Taylor Hammersla’s cinematic journey began at Harrison School for the Arts where he first discovered a passion for storytelling. Early exposure to film festivals showcased his talent, and at just 18, he dove into the industry, gaining hands-on experience on commercial and documentary sets. This formative period laid the groundwork for a thriving career. Taylor further distinguished himself with a degree in Film from the University of Central Florida, earning honors. With a foundation built on early successes and academic achievements, Taylor began making strides in the industry, working on projects for Netflix, Amazon, Peacock, and the BBC. These experiences helped build his professional reputation and broaden his skills. Inspired by the work of Edgar Wright and Taika Waititi, Taylor has developed a distinctive style in his short films. These projects reveal a unique approach where music plays a central role, driving the narrative in innovative ways. Passionate about creating impactful stories, he strives to invite audiences to experience films with receptive minds and engage in open, thought-provoking discussions.
